I freely share knowledge with the other guys I work with and I have even covered up mistakes the junior support engineers have made to save them getting a verbal kicking from the MD. I’ve trained some of the new starts and I always give them as much info about how a network is configured and even which users to look out for.

I’ve decided to work with the guy and not against him, why? I think that it’s in the best interest of the company that I do and I’ll just have to accept the way he has become certified. Each to their own I guess.
