Currently, Hugh is the only one eligible to be staked, as he has received the first two nominations. Should Hugh be judged innocent, DrHogg can be up for the next vote, as he has now been nominated twice.

Basically, if you believe Hugh is innocent and DrHogg is guilty, you should vote to SPARE Hugh.

I ain't ready to stake me claim to it yer, hnur hnur, but I'll bet a kingly sum that Dr Hogg is up to no good. 'avin said that he was showing an interest in the Deadbolt the other day.

Now Hugh, well, him I'm sure about, up out in those fields all day, he'd need some devilishly strong churned butter to keep that sun from burning him to a cinder if he was one, and the last time I looked Giles' was putting out a rather thin spread . I'll be voting nah, spare the flocks hearder, : - let him live another day.

As Mayor i say spare DrHogg He's just away on buisness. After all being absent would mean he cant be a vampire. The vampire is in our midst right now, its one of us still in teh village i say. Btw i have a special on bite proof stone collars for anyone interested, made in sparkling granite or shiny marble, nothing will get through to your juicy neck, and thats a gaurantee!

 

I say that someone who does not show his face and join with the community in a time of crisis may well represent (or in this case fail to represent) an undesirable element.

So I say whip out a stiff one, give the tip a good polish and then stick it up him.

Turns out the Dr wasn't as interested in that Deadbolt as 'e first appeared, I'll stake my name on the fact he isn't up to any good, maybe he canna bear to even hold one in his hands, wonder if that many stakes made him shiver..

By the way... I hadn't received a PM from DrHogg... he truly was missing. It's actually a good thing for the Village that he's now gone, because his non-vote would have made it more and more difficult to get a majority vote for Staking.

I'm missing Night 2 orders from one or more individuals who I will PM. If I don't receive those orders within 12 hours of this post (or by the time I post again, whichever comes later), I will begin Day 3 without those orders.

Well I nominate Vlad teh Troublemaker to be staked! After all he is a trouble maker, always throwing stones at me windows and he wrecked poor old DrHoggs stone cross i carved! Plus Vlads a good name for a Vampire, what other reason do you need?

 

Tricky, tricky...

As you know your honour, I'll always back you up in public as your campaign manager, lawyer and political muck-slinger. However, I do have my concerns about young Vlad. He is without a doubt a troublemaker and my invoice for 20 shillings for the broken window is on its way to him (my invoice for 200 shillings for sending an invoice for 20 shillings is on its way to you, by the way).

It occurs to me that calling himself 'Vlad', filing his teeth to points and wearing a black cape is exactly the sort of activity that one would expect from a troublemaker in these difficult times. I suspect that he may be leading us up the garden path, which incidentally is exactly where he'll be getting a stake if he isn't careful.
