I'll have a thorough look through it tomorrow morning for you matey (as I'm tired and have been working since 7am, and it's now 20 to 7pm :()

One thing though... you're ordering two operating systems?

Oh, and you're probably going overboard with the PSU. I'd suggest a nice 650W modular version. Corsair's are nice.

Get the E8400 as previously discussed over the E8600, the performance difference isn't worth it. If you're gonna overclock your chip anyway get an E8400 and use the extra cash to get a gtx 280 instead of the 260.

Hope the little summary helps - I'll add more in the mornin'

    Oooops I did mean E8400

I am doing dual boot thing as I still need to learn XP properly for when I get to the MCDST and Vista is there to learn for when I do the upgrade or the MCAS Vista cert.

The reason I went for the 850w PSU was incase I added more stuff to it, I went on the wattage calculator site and it said I needed 700w but that was because I added a couple of extra PCI cards and so forth. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Maybe 850 would be a bit overboard I just don't want to go too low. I'd rather have more power in reserver than pushing anything to the point it goes bang.

I wish I was going to bed or home. I am still at work till 2am then back up at 9 am to walk the dog then back to work on friday.

    Ahhh got it :)

    Got ya.

Ok, though 650W will probably cover it. Still - it's your choice. The PSU you've chosen it still pretty beefy and from a reputable company plus it's modular so that's all fine.

Everything else looks fine - either RAM choice will do. I'd deffo get the gtx 280 over the 260 though, even if it means waiting for a month for more cash. You don't want to be regretting it at a later date. You could always save some cash by pushing back to the Antec 900 case (the TT should still fit but check this) if you really don't want to wait...

    Hope this helps.

I'll have a look at the atec 900 again, the reason I looked at the 1200 was because of the fact it has better cable management than the 900 but I suppose if I'm carefull I can do a good job with the cables anyway. Plus the 900 is cheaper.

What are you going to be using the PC for? I notice you've got XP and Vista, so I assume you're going to be dual booting? :D

A gaming & learning computer. I still have a lot of XP to learn once I have my MCDST I will be doing the upgrade or MCAS Vista so I will need to learn that too.
