What do the beers justify anyway admin?. Ive been on other forums that every user can rate others, going by how helpful their advice has been..is this what your intending in the future?

 

I just seen the 'i want beers' subject and see it's all been explained...disregard the last msg

 

Do you mean something like experts-exchange, they work on a point scheme where you award points for answered questions and need point to post for help.

There are features like this that can be implemented but i dont want to go down the route of needing points to post.

The beers are used as a measure to how many posts you make You'll advance in beers and title the more posts you do. ie

New member 1 - 20 posts No Beers
Starter Member 20 - 75 posts 1 Beer

then jumps from 75 - 150 - 350 - 500

So really at the moment it just a measure on how much peolple post!

 

I Like the idea that beenz75 mentioned, could it be implemented in some other form so that visiting users or newbies the the site and world of IT can see who is helpful/knowledgable in perticular areas of IT
