Is there n e one out there that has a good format for a IT Techy / First Line Support example cv?
perhaps a detailed ' techncial skills' area would help as well.

Hi there,

If you're expecting someone to give you their CV so that you can put your information on it then i'll tell you now, that is unlikely to happen.

What would be best is if you post up your CV (sensor any private info) and then ask the members of this forum to have a look and offer you some advice.

You will find you that you get more help this way.
