for those who know me, or care to know me, i'm back working in the infotech biz.

in hindsight i think i was fooling myself when i quit the biz earlier this year (or was it last year?). true enough, there are many things i dislike about it, and you can call me a nerd, but i really really missed working with the technology.

while i was out i kept getting job offers, and i finally caved and agreed to talk to some of them. and so after much thought i decided to give it another shot.

the offer i finally took was from a large multinational, where i will be working as a senior systems engineer. the people are nice, the work is exciting and challenging, and granted, the money is sweet. my first project is designing (and installing) their new global exchange 2003 environment, to be migrated from their current 5.5 setup, which strangely enough is exactly my last project on my former sysadmin job.

all this is also the reason for my recent lack of presence here on certforums, and elsewhere, but i hope to be back soon.
