I just took part the exam.

One question was, if Azure DevOps can be used for creating and hosting WebApps.

In the learning docs they write it is for automate the ongoing development, maintenance, and deployment of software systems. https:// docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/azure-devops-devtest-labs/4-use-azure-devops I'm not allowed to post an url, great

So even if this is meant with "creating", there is still nothing for "AND hosting". Or is deploying/publishing to be seen as part of the hosting?

For AZ-900 I would have thought it's ok to describe az devops as a tool for integrating and deploying code to a variety of platforms, and those platforms count as the host. In a couple of exams time when you are doing their devops engineer thing you may want to be more precise.
