auto closing regestry and task manager...

Hey guys,
I have a stupid virus, and as the title suggests, it auto closes the regestry and task manager when i open them, and it does so instantly. i havent done much to remove it yet other then run some scans and stuff. here's what ive done:

-did an online panda scan.
-got a hijack this log.
-ran my antivirus seaching majig.

I was wondering if anyone would know the best way to remove it.

It also does this weird thing thats hard to describe. but here goes:

it mimicks the walpaper and hides above the desktop, but below all programs, the only way i can see that it is there is by attempting to right click there (nothing happens) and by attempting to drag a file over its position. its like a thin bar and it can also be seen by doing the selection thing and moving the line underneath the program.

see its hard to describe.

any help with this would be much appreciated.

Tried safe mode?

 

im gnna give that a shot, but i gotta go to work.
anywho i googled the problem and others said that safemode didnt work either but yeah ill give it a shot.

try ComboFix? Fix quite a bit for me in the past
