I am a recording artist. I was looking for the best audio mixing and editing software, it can be something that includes audio clips. I found it on audiointegrity.com, it has an Digital Audio Mastering software online tool and Cd mastering services.

I got on really well with Abelton, fantastic product.

I guess it depends on your OS. Mac and Logic go very well together, Cubase is good on both Mac and Windows as is Ableton - depends on budget as well!
