    There are not many AI certifications about a few online courses where they will give you a certificate or online schools etc. but recently ISACA has launched a few from the foundation in AI to the Advanced in AI Audit™ (AAIA) the only other well known certification body I have seen launch an AI certificate is IAPP with Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) but unlike the ISACA ones they have no self-study material and so you have to pay for their expensive course, in time they should release training material.

    I haven't taken any of them yet but will look to in the future if anyone does or has, let me know what you think of them. AI is such a wide area be intresting to see how it is tackled in a certification.

    Its a great topic Rob for sure. I do find it interesting how students at uni are using AI, but also the Uni's then have to have software that somehow checks if they've used AI in their work!

    I think we can't get away from it, we sell AI where I work and the most common objection I get is, will this replace me. I always say no of course not, but someone who uses it but you don't, maybe... a bit tongue in cheek but I think that's how it'll go. It lets you get through more work. I often use it to summarise public facing documents that I have to read. 60 pages into 4 pages of notes, its a bit like having cliffs notes if you're old like me.

    I can only comment on ServiceNow but we have micro certifications that only take an hour or so to do, for AI/GenAI/Agentic AI here, free of course. Now Assist being what we call our AI on the ServiceNow Platform.
