If it's from the same chaps that do the OSCP, then I'd say there would be nothing too worry about quality wise.
I'm not sure how recognized it is in the U.K though. Seems to me that any time you look at a job advert the only thing HR departments seem to ask for is CISSP.
I know which one I'd want to be testing my network though.
