Congratulations

 

I finish on the 23rd Oct, so I'll be spending the next 4 weeks documenting everything we've got (a job I've been trying to do for 4 years!)

Its an IT Support Consultant position with an outsourcing firm based near me, the job role is fairly standard 1st/2nd Line support. Mostly office based with the occasional site visit (clients are nation wide so maybe the odd overnighter).

I'm really looking forward to it, a step outside my comfort zone and into some proper career progression!
