Personally i would see if its a real easy problem, but because of the lack of communications phone my supervisor. All away through the A+ it talks about been clear, concise, understanding and professional with clients I don't understand how you can be if two parties cant fully understand one another. Also clients expect full in-depth explanation on how you resolve their issues and documentation. .. well in the last 16 years all mine have.

documentation useless if they cant read it.

Perhaps TotalSem asked that question specifically to help you have the right mindset to approach the A+ exam. There's usually a reason. Just sayin'.

If you want to hear the actual reasoning from The Man Himself, why don't you ask him?

 

If that was an actual question off the A+ exam it would be really well worded.
