First I would just like to commend the moderators and the members of your forum for being very helpful and informative to IT newbies (like me).

I first saw this forum last year when I googled student feedbacks on some private IT learning providers and
if I haven't read your forums I could have fallen into the sales pitches of the 'advisors' in those schools , so Thank You. After much contemplation i decided to go on the self-study route.
I bought a Java book and reviewed for the SCJP ... the only problem is when I took the exam I didn't pass

Just the same I'm following a motto: Try and try until I succeed !
