I have had the same problems with this group. It's a nightmare. Thanks to Bill who supplied excellent advice. We are being bullied. I suggest that we form a collective and take this on. Strength in numbers. I have been in touch with the media who are keen for us to put together a comprehansive case to end this debacle and save others the experience. A number of people have received threatening phone calls from debt collection agencies (according to the forum) regarding their dealings with this company. I'd like to set this up as soon as possible. Any ideas/advice/encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
