Hello everyone, I have updated my CV but if you could all give me pointers on how to improve it and make it more appealing to the employers it will appreciated.
    Thanks

    From a quick clance
Formatting is awful and makes it quite unreadable
You don't need address or date of birth. Any agency will remove those before they forward it.
The Cinema job is a mix of past and present tense.
Get some positives in there - meeting SLAs etc

D.O.B can go, employers can't make a judgement based on your age without risking the courts involvement so they'd rather not know anyway.

PROOF READ, if your English isn't the best then get someone else to.

    Formatting is messy at best.

MCP can safely be lost as well, if your an MCSA your obviously an MCP.

Other Skills is just restating stuff you've already listed before.

If I want to know about your hobbies I'll ask at interview, ditch it.

Leave the references off, they don't need to be there.

    This is CertForums not CVForums

If you want some free advice, become part of the community first then ask.

    Gets on my nerves.

I agree Craigie, especially when it's a first post, not even a second one after introduction.

    WIP: Uhmm... not sure
