    Hi all,

i passed my A+ with flying colours yesterday and im thinking of taking an MCP of some sort to add to my skills....im thinking about the MCDST.I work in a helpdesk for a large OEM so im thinking this would be a good one to have/further increase my knowledge of XP etc......any suggestions of other MCP's that would be handy to have(im also looking at N+ for a definite)

Congrats on the pass, concentrate first on the Network+ and the MCDST. Then after that see where you want to go from there.

Congrats on the pass :), and I agree do Network + then MCDST.

That's what I did and found it helped having done Network+ first.

Remember this compTIA pair count as an MCSA elective as well.

Like Sparky, I just got my A+ cert, but I'm not quite comfortable in network environment - is it really so good to do N+ first..?

    I have my A+
N + drove me nuts, i read the book twice, sat the exam and passed. it was really hard though. but good revision will get you through it.

I did the MCP i found that easy, in some areas tho.
I passed my MCDST aswell. Thankgod for that.

But, yeah you should really go for it.
