I'm currently watching through the CBT Nuggets for the 70-291. I'm trying to make sure that everything sinks in ok, but just to make sure, I'll also be going through the Sybex and ExamCram books after I've finished the nuggets.

One thing that gets mentioned in the CBT Nuggets is creating custom Application Directory Partitions. I have not been able to see this in the Sybex book, will this topic becovered in the exam?

This also leads me to my next question. If you set a zone to replicate to other DNS servers which are part of an application directory partition, do you still need to Allow Zone transfers for the lookup zone, or does it replicate via AD instead?
