Bro..don't get disheartened. It is definately not an easy exam by ANY means. There is so much to know. A mile wide and 2 inches deep. Or for you UK Blokes...2.5km wide and 4.5cm deep or whatever the conversion is. At least it isn't in stones...or something. ;)

    NetEyeBall,

    1 mile = 5280 feet
    1 feet = 12 inches
    1 inch = 2.54 cm
    100 cm = 1 m
    1000 m = 1 km
    Therefore,
    Code:
    (1 mile) (5280 ft) (12 in) (2.54 cm) (1 m) (1 km)
    --------x---------x-------x---------x---------x---------
             (1 mile) (1 ft) (1 in) (100 cm) (1000 m)

      (5280)(12)(2.54)km
    =-------------------
      (100)(1000)

      (160934.4)km
    =-----------
       (100000)

    = 1.609344km

Also, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm and not 4.5 cm.

So in summary, that's 1.6 km wide and 2.54 cm deep for future reference.

All this math means I'm not totally devastated, just deeply annoyed.

Well, don't worry too much about it.

You know what they say. If at first you don't suceed ....

Personally, although I would love to pass first time round, there's no way I can guarrantee that would happen. So on my first take I'll be happy to score at least 60%, which would mean I'll have only 8% worth of stuff to master for the subsequent exam.

The pass mark is 68%, right ?

No Headache i think the passmark is 849/1000 which is relatively 85%.
Also the multiple choice questions arent weighted so if u have a question that asks for 2,3,4 answers if u dont get them all right its marked wrong. u dont get no points for partial answered questions.
