6.2 the human component : communication

    Can I ask something regarding 6.2 communication video for 220-701 (on professor messer) .. the idea of not interrupting is of course correct, but if the user is going on and on and on and you have already identified the problem, then would an interruption be suitable to stop them giving more details than they know what to do with, and get the solution going by following the troubleshooting tips

    As you've said - there is never a time for an interruption according to CompTIA.

    However, in real life - you wait until they take a breath...THEN BLAMM; in double speed tell them to turn the machine off and on again. :)
