Yes mate, still in the same house i bought in 2001 and will be here for many years yet. We are living in The Hinterland, near Mudgeerabar.
Would love to catch up over a VB.

 

Aww man, some old faces from yesteryear. Amazing to see, it really is. Man the nostalgia is in full flow now. The banter and relationships here in the early days was what made working on CF a pleasure, those chat room night used to leave me in tears of laughter. Really amazing to see so many old faces grace the halls of CF again.

I'm 100% sure that James is the best man to take over CF and he has the site and community's interest at heart, we're still in the hand-over phase but Im sure he will be bringing a fresh breeze of changes to the old place. Ill definitely be stopping by from time to time especially if theres VB tossing and duct tape going on! I cant resist a good toss now and again!

 

Mudgee? no way, my older brother was well involved with the mudgee football club, my niece still manages all the refs most weekends my sister-in-law and the kids live near Robina next to Bond, Varsity lakes i believe. send me a PM with some current contact details and I'll make sure I hit you up next time I am visiting!

Thanks for keeping this going for so many years Simon! It has helped me get a few certs under my belt and then switch to a developer role!

I have been lurking for the most part and not as active as I would of liked to of been but hoping to change that now and to give back to try help people crazy enough to do IT

Well, I am glad to see that this place is still standing and will continue to. Si, thanks for building this community. I have had some great times here and some tears. But I was always safe and surrounded by friends. I wish you the best as you move forward in life hun and Congrats to Jim. But you should know, the new owner or not. I will still duck tape your arse if given reason to! hahaha.

 

OMG, Mitzs - so good to see/hear from you!! Despite your not so empty threats, you were a key part along with some other legends, that let lil ol' CF forge our now renowned strong bonds with our US friends. We're forever grateful for that, hun
