Hi All

Passed another VCP today. This one focusses on multi cloud and is quite broad as you have to know about vSphere, the vRealize Suite (Now called Aria Suite), Google, Azure and AWS :S

I work for VMware so sat the internal course which I don't think has been released to the public yet. Apart from that I used a lot of links and videos from the hyperscalers.

I passed this one with 308! 300 being the pass score out of 500! I don't know about you but I often only just about pass. It's very rare that I get 450+. The exam was quite tricky and had a lot more networking than I expected, so knowing what tier 0 and 1 gateways you have, CIDR ranges etc might be useful. I can't say too much but they'll be listed in the blueprint for the exam. HCX also features heavily so more networking and cloud to cloud mobility. If anyone has any questions, don't hesitate to ask although obviously I'm limited in what I can say, but I'd enjoy chewing it over with you

A pass is a pass – that’s the main thing.

 

Thanks mate. Oh yes I am never going to complain about any pass. I changed a few answers along the way but you never know. Could have got more. Could have got less score wise.

Was a broad one this I must admit. Enjoyable though. Multi cloud is where it’s at it seems
