    Hi

Depending on the spec of your pc, why not do it all virtually, install virtual pc 2007/ VMware and then install the 2 2003 servers and a client O/S XP or 7.

I have 2 2008 servers with exchange 2010 on 1 and Windows 7 all running virtually for a test lab. Lots of memory is the key.

    Regards

I would agree with Toasty... I have one server (ML115G5) which runs my two dc/dns servers, file server, exchange, 2 x xp clients, and an SCCM server with no issues. Just make sure to get enough ram, I am currently using 8GB and that's barely enough!

lots of memory AND fast disk, esp if you want to actually do anything inside multiple vm's at the same time. Look at virtualbox for a good free vm environment.

The 290 doesn't really need too much of an elaborate setup (1 server and a client OS would be fine really). The 291 will need a more complex lab though.

Have a look around the sub forum dedicated to the exam on here. There is lots of advice and pre-existing study and lab guides in there.
