1st interview down, what's next?

I've recently had an interview with a company and it seems like they like me enough to call me back but this time around - all I've been told is to 'come chat with us'.

What does this cryptic message mean?

It could be anything from a job offer and to be shown around the office/building or just a general chat or wage discussion.

But anyhow it sounds good

It could mean anything from introducing you to your future colleagues, a proper tour of the building or even finalising details of an offer.

Or it could be even all three.

It turned out to be a second interview! although it much less formal than the last and a lot briefer?

This time a new guy joined the interview team and asked me questions - most of which was already been asked the first time around

I have a good feeling but I can't tell which way it will go now.
