Check out this article over at Tom's Hardware.

Apparently it's possible to overclock a 2.6GHz Pentium D to 4.1GHz and it will run fine, but also pretty much wipe the floor with most other chips out there at the moment, including £700+ Pentium Extreme's.

Good stuff Modey, it was a long read but it gives you all the necessary information you need, like which MOBOs support it, the type of cooling you need and info on the PSU requirements. You end up with a stable system that can beat the most expensive unclocked systems on the market.

It's really got me thinking now as my current CPU really isn't up to watching HDTV in MC and multi-tasking anything else
