    I've just tried this and to no avail :rolleyes: Tried with and without keyboard and also removed power cable in between changes to reset cmos

    I've not checked for a BIOS update, though I doubt I could update it without being able to make the pc go beyond post test? :blink

    Nah, I can't get into the BIOS. I have tried checking the online manual and found that if you press F2 you can enter BIOS before the post test but...

    My friend clocked an Intel e4300 to 3.7ghz on air and then 3.9ghz with his phase unit.. In case you are not aware, the 4300 model is very cheap...
