i know how to determine the number of addresses from a block, CIDR / finding the subnet mask.
Decimal to bin conversion and others. I have clicked on all the related posts , but find that i am not
Learning how to :

1) determine the available subnets from a subnet mask
2) find which ip address(range) belongs to a specific mask.

You tubed to death to no avail, MS 2008 Official books , not helping
Having a brain dead phase for these past few hours

Can anyone give any help
