I have dreamweaver as a winrar compressed file, eh... I forgot the encryption password to unextract it, anyone aware of a way around this?

Is the password for winrar itself ? If so, try using winzip, or XP's decompression s/w instead. You may need to dissociate (spelling? un-associate?) winrar from compressed files first of all, or uninstall it completely.
