Never heard of it. Was it even released? The minimum specs are almost the same as XP anyway so I don't see the point.

    I did.

    1. The setup process happens to be a lot quicker

    2. You have the option to use "Remote Desktop Connection" or "Command Line Prompt" at the beginning of the setup process

    3. It looks just like XP Pro SP2...looks identical, same bootscreen, etc.

    4. Uses Win2K style logon screen, with a MS logo "Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs", looks like it's trying to tell everyone your PC is crap

    5. User Welcome Screen dooes not exist in this version

    6. Most windows help files do not exist

    7. A lot of program stuffs missing, but supports Remote Desktop, full MMC, just like XP Pro.

    8. Overall, I've tested this on a PII 333Mhz PC with 64MB Ram, and a PIII 800Mhz with 128MB Ram, took ages to install, and runs just as slow as Windows XP Pro

So, it's not really for Legacy PCs afterall, not really worth purchasing, if you're curious......get it the free way (you know what I mean), for testing purposes

    Really makes no difference~~~~S L O W.....Windows......inefficient.

Cheers for that mate. Any good points at all? Have you ever tried XP tiny beast, and if so how did it compare?
