Which antivirus works with secure e-mail?

So my ISP switched from the standard SMTP and POP3 ports of TCP port 25 and TCP port 110 respectively to some other secure ports. That means, my current e-mail scanning antivirus program doesn't seem to pop up to indicate that it's virus scanning both outgoing or incoming e-mails.

Is there _any_ antivirus programs that works with Outlook using a secure connection and ports?
