    Hi,

    Welcome aboard. :)

Progression all depends on where your interests lie. You could go on the CCNA or MCSA/E route or something completely different, the choice is yours!

Good luck in whatever you choose :thumbleft

Yes, what Boyce said. The A+ Net+ are both vendor neutral entry level certs. They are a great foundation for various roles in IT. Now you need to look at vendor products and decide which direction is right for you. If you are interested in hardware routers, switches and firewalls, then Cisco may appeal to you, the CCNA being their entry level (easiest) cert. If you are more interested in Windows workstation configuration and server products, well Microsoft MCP on XP would be the next step.

A+ and N+ together make a fantastic foundation for all further studies. Both are essential in my book!

I am currently in the Cisco Academy, and I am kicking myself for never following the advice I got back when I got my N+ to go for CCNA right afterwards. :dunce

CCNA is N+ on steroids. Much of the same info covered, and this way, you do not lose a lot of the stuff you just learned.

After studying N+ I started studying for mcse. Bored me to death. I put the book down and never looked back. Now I have started studying ccna and love it.

I am the same too, did Network+, went towards MCSA, and now decided on CCNA, with network+, in my opinion, I have foundational, and a bit of experience knowledge, but will definitely go for CCNA now, in fact alreadt started.
