Whats the best benchmark software to use?

I've since built my new PC and so far every game I have thrown at it has ran superbly (I have played Splinter Cell: Double Agent, FIFA 08, FIFA Manager 08, Matrix: Path Of Neo and Need For Speed Carbon).

Now I want to see what a benchmark software thinks of my spec. I'm gonna try some free one that I can find from google...but does anyone know of any others that I can use?
