Does Twitter count? I use Tweetdeck and follow loads of tech sites and just end up browsing articles when they're posted. Find it easy to keep an eye on things that way...

Must also add, has been superb for the Olympics news :)

I spend most of my non-productive time on Quora and Stack Overflow.

My usuals are Technet, VMware Communities, vExpert Blogs like the SLOG, Scott Lowe and Scott Vessey. I like the odd mooch on Servers Plus and Dabs.

I generally find IT related Blogs are the way to go though mate as you can learn a few tricks while you're at it.

Normally I find that when I'm bored at work it's because I AM looking at work related websites.

Does no one really use Quora? I've learnt tremendeous amount of stuff (not necessarily IT related, but including IT, physics, chemistry, space, etc.) over last few months.

I use CertForums quite a bit, Twitter as I let people know what I'm doing on projects etc.

Also, I go to my blog alot as it has stuff on there I refer back to alot, but that is the point of it.

Lots of VMware articles and TechNet stuff oh and some Linked In.
