That is just wrong

 

The cobra appears to have its fangs and venom sacks removed so all its doing is giving the kid a tap on the head, so its not dangerous or anything.

So the child does not learn respect for a potential dangerous animal. Great. If it encounters its next cobra in the wild it will surely get bitten.
