Just wanting to introduce myself and say hello )

Very new techie-wannabe person from the UK. I have been into computers for a long time, but never looked at IT as a serious career move until now, and so after looking at the options have decided to go with the CompTIA A+ and going to do it with CompTIA as I have to do it online.

Intending to go on from there, but baby steps. Want to make sure I don't go leaping off with great gaps in my understanding.

What I know and what I can do is one big mixed bag, so want to hone, update and consolidate it and then learn some more!

This seems to be a great and valuable and sincere forum and has already helped me so much without me even asking anything as yet. I simply read previous posts and found insight and information, so thank you for that.
