Good Morning Guys,

I was wondering if anyone of you can help me. I have a issue with a user when trying to book flights on a major airlines Website he is having issues. Basically what the user does is they log into the Website go through the process off booking the flight but then once the user clicks the "Next" button the user then is logged straight back out of the Website and this constantly happens.

Can anyone of you possible know of a fix?

Try a different browser and clear all the setting from the cache.

Normally does the trick

 

Do they have adblocker or a hosts file with ad servers ? sometimes the redirect to the checkout goes via a doubleclick url or similar and can be blocked.

Are they using the latest browser with no plugins ? Try clearing their session cookies.

Failing that maybe the site has a bug, have you tried contacting them ?

 

Do you have an auto load balance on router? Seen this where the website uses the IP address as part of the log in so when it switches to a new connection kicks the user out of the session.

 

First thing Id be doing is trying a private window and then a different browser.. might even flush the dns also.. anything past that Im escalating lol..
