We're undecided which remote support software to purchase?

we've tried webex which seems very good but I don't know if there are other similar apps which are better?

can someone recommend a similar app?

    cheers.

Yep. At the last place I worked, where we did internal support, I used plain-old RDP for remote server support and Dameware for remote client support.

thanks for the replies - we use dameware/rdp/vpn on pc servers on our network.

we have office/home users that are not partof our infrastructure so we need something like webex to provide support.

thanks mr c, i will try logmein as it's free.

for some reason, when i tried using Remote Assistance it didn;t work, but webex did.

anyway, thanks again for all your advice chaps.
