Hi there,

I'm sorry if there already is a thread about this but I couldn't find one.

I'm want to setup a Windows Deployment Server and deploy Windows XP with it, since our PC's are to slow to support Vista. Now I've been googling a bit and can't seem to find anything majorly useful that explains how that works. Is there anybody that has or knows a guide to deploy Windows XP with WDS in Server 2003 SP2?

Hi people,

A quick update on how things are going with my XP in WDS project,

I successfully managed to deploy XP on 5 PC's, after I made sure the NIC's supported PXE boot and that they all had at least 512mb RAM. First PC I tried it on only had 256mb and it did boot up in to the Image Capture wizard, but it wasn't able to load the image in to WDS due to not being able to load the whole Boot manager I found out after wards . But after putting more memory in, it was solved!
