    I'm downloading the trial now. Hopefully I'll have more luck with this version than 4.5.2!

    Now have Fedora Core rather as well as Suse so that might help.

    Well that's a challenge.


    It wasn't that I couldn't use it, more that I never got the chance, as VM Tools just wouldn't install on my Suse VM.

    Downloading Ubuntu anyway!

    haha didnt mean you would need the usability aspect of it
    basically its configured in a way to seem as familiar to windows as it can, although, obviously some things are different (it uses gnome, meaning the 'start' bar is on the top by default)

    but with a little common sense my mum could launch openoffice word processor and recognised some familiar icons to format text and stuff, she could also launch firefox

    bear in mind this is a woman who still double checks shes re aligning text correctly for her homework with me
