Visual basic stuff (again)

    does anyone know the difference between visual basica 5 and visual basic 6. Ive got 5 on my computer and the course mod covers 6, i cant get in touich with the uni at the mo and i wouldnt minds starting this now etc ????

    the only thing i can think of is thats its newer, but if you already know that and want more see here, hopefully this helps.

    This wikipedia page seems to do quite a good job of being an overview - with info on versions etc.

    Think you may be right there. BTW i have found certain differences between vb2005 epress edition and vb version 6, they arent major but as im new to all this i need everything to be where it should be if that makes sense . just little things like the caption box being in version 6 and not in 2005 etc little things like that
