    1) Turn on computer
    2) Log onto computer with suitable credentials.
    3) Run AV\Spyware app of your choice
    4) Remove any detected ‘nasty’ stuff
    5) Reboot
    6) Log back on
    7) Check for the pop up
8 ) If the pop has disappeared mark the job as complete.

Im taking it its xp on the system. You can run the antivirus spyware in safe mode etc, turn off system restore scan it all then when your sure its clear restore system restore. If that fails a reformat will always work but is a bit drastic. Another great tip would be to visit either trendmicroonline.com or pandaantivirus.com for the free online scans which have helped me out in the past and to top it all they cost nothing, how good is that, in order of preference id go with trendmicro out of the 2

Au contraire - I think its you who should be embarrassed fella.

Every single post you make on this board is related to you wanting us to solve problems for you that, firstly, you should already know seeing as they are almost universally simple, and secondly, if you didn't know, could be found out yourself by employing The Mighty Google (tm)

In addition, the primary purpose of this forum is to assist people in pursuing their certification studies. Not in helping people to do thier jobs.
