When i have OE, FF, and Excel open, everything runs fine, but as soon as i open Lotus Notes, i get the error message virtual paging file is low, windows is increasing it or something like that, when this happens i log off and log on (not reboot) and everything speeds up, so does logging off and back on clear up or whatever the paging file?

Nah mate, got no admin rights at all...

would increase it, but the i.t. people wont let me, i asked for either more RAM or increase the paging file, and to have to moved to my D:\...

i have only 111mb of RAM, running 2Kpro SP4
