    Experienced Java Developer (Maternity Cover)

    We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to cover maternity leave starting immediately.

    The successful candidate will have in depth Java and J2EE skills (primarily JSP and Servlets) gained throughout the full development lifecycle. A good knowledge of Toplink, Struts and Spring is highly desirable and experience using Eclipse and Subversion would be beneficial. Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL and Unix would also be helpful in this role. Any experience of writing tests using JUnit and knowledge of Ant will also be helpful.

    The role is concerned with ongoing development of a web based customer accounts processing system. As such, a knowledge of accounts processing and finance would be very beneficial. The successful candidate will work closely with the customer to capture requirements for changes to the system and develop the solution accordingly.

    Key Requirements for Java Developer Role

    In depth knowledge / experience of Java and J2EE (JSP / Servlets)
    Skills in Toplink, Struts and Spring
    Note: In addition, experience of Eclipse and Subversion would be helpful

    Experience of using JUnit
    Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL and Unix
    Knowledge of accounts processing rules and financial regulations
    Strong customer focus and ability to support / assist customers when required
    Ability to work as part of a focussed, technical team
    Time management and excellent personal organisation

    Dynamics CRM Consultant

    Ideally, you will have delivered professional consulting services, possess strong business acumen and be prepared to work flexibly across multiple projects.

    Key Requirements for the Dynamics CRM Consultant Vacancy:

    Deliver proof of concept demonstrations and lead presales activities.
    Provide professional consulting services for all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects and implementations.
    Manage projects, and communicate effectively to all parties.
    Create bid documentation and specifications.
    Produce and deliver training materials and documentation, and share your knowledge with the rest of our team.
    Provide ad hoc user and/or technical support when required.
    Excellent project management and communication skills.
    The ideal candidate will have the following key skills and experience:

    Excellent project management and communication skills.
    In depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – preferably within an IT consultancy context. Certification in Dynamics CRM would be an added bonus.
    Hands-on experience of integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations and configuration.
    Business analysis skills including customer requirements gathering.
    Experience of dealing with all levels of stakeholder including; senior management and technical resources, as well as customers, and colleagues.
    Customer facing and a great communicator.

    2nd Level Technology Specialist (All Technologies)

    Experienced 2nd level consultant required with a broad range of exposure to different technologies.
    Within the role successful canditate will deal with issues ranging from end user support (Printers, Laptops, PC builds) all the way to some 3rd level tasks (Server installation and configuration, Infrastructure design input). The tasks you will perform are only limited by what you are capable of.

    You will be supporting SMB and some Enterprise level clients working with the following technologies: VMware, Citrix, RDS, ISA, Exchange, Domino, Linux, Unix, Cisco, MS Server (All), AS400, GPO/GPP, AD, Backup Exec, SCOM, SCCM.

    We don't expect you to know ALL of these at the outset but it is helpful to know what you are comfortable with when you apply.

    3rd Level Technology Specialist (Microsoft Technologies - Exchange)

    Experienced Microsoft Consultant with a specialization in Email (Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, migrations from Domino, etc) as well as any related technologies such as OCS, ISA, TMG, OWA. Ideally coming from an IT Consultancy background.

    The role will not strictly be limited to Exchange deployments and additional skills a big plus.

    Ideal candidate should also have:

    Excellent project management and communication skills.
    Hands-on experience of multiple Exchange set ups, migrates and co-existance.
    Business analysis skills including customer requirements gathering.
    Experience of dealing with all levels of stakeholder including; senior management and technical resources, as well as customers, and colleagues.
    Customer facing and a great communicator.
    Exposure to other technologies such as VMware, Citrix, Cisco, Backup and Recovery, Storage etc an advantage.
