Just thought I'd drop you guys a link to MS about how to go about upgrading your Active Directory Schema for the first time that you install a Windows Server 2003 R2 domain controller.

Like when you had to run Adprep when upgrading from W2K to W2K3, you also have to do it when implementing the new features of R2.
