    Hi all just want to say hello, and thaks for this great site. I am a n00b so im looking to work my way upto CCNA but need to do all the A+ and N+ course`s first, would anybody agree with this course of action?

    Seriously, welcome to CF - hope we can help, and feel free to give back. You briefly answer your question, obviously A+ and N+ are not pre-requisites for Cisco certs, but dependant upon your current knowledge and experience, it may help you get some solid grounding in the basic concepts of networking before you go for the tougher challenge of CCNA.
