Ive just seen some useful tutorials on programming which teach you from absolute basics. The official book for the 70-536 exam doesnt seem to help much but these will help bridge the gap.

Ill post them here when i get the time

Another usseful thing to look at if your looking for a start in programming is this http://www.youtube.com/user/StanfordUniversity#p/u/2/KkMDCCdjyW8 full lecture series from Stanford University.

Its taught in Java but the focus is more on methodology, so not only do you learn how to program you learn how to think like a developer.

Oh, and the assignment documents etc are all available from the website address he gives out in the first lecture.

EDIT: P.S. the lectures are also available for download via itunes.

Perhaps you just don't get it. Distributing copyrighted material, whether or not you post it on a forum, is illegal. :dry

I hate it when people steal the work that I worked extremely hard to create. If you want to create your own to distribute, go right ahead. But if it's not yours, don't distribute it.
