Transcender software problem

I reinstalled transcender software today because flash8.ocx was missing

removing all flash 8/9 on machines because of security risk and forgot to leave on my one box.

anyway all was working. Until after i had completed a practise exam i noticed that all the interactive questions were showing up as unanswered.

Any way it turns out that the Transcender engine no longer records my answers on interactive questions.

I thought at first this was something to do with flash8.ocx however i did a fresh install of the transcender software.

any ideas? anyone had this issue?

PS anyone know if it uses the webbrowser activex control?

transcender support had me uninstalling/reinstalling the transcender software in different ways with no joy

As i was beginning to suspect , reset IE settings, force removal / reinstalled latest flash into IE.
reboot

bingo!!
