....and failed with a score of 610 ffs!! :mad

To say this exam knocked me for 6 is an understatement.

Due to personal reasons the build up to this exam has been a nightmare and to be honest I wasn’t prepared but I thought I might be able to scrape through with a little bit of luck.

Most of the questions were ok although one of the sims was weird, it looked like it should have been in the 70-290 exam. Obviously I can’t say what it was but when I read the question I thought it was a pi55 take.

Left the test centre and when I was walking back to the car I booked the resit (Im not saying when), hee hee! To be honest if I could have had another go at the exam the same day I would have taken it! :biggrin

    Back to the books! :study

Might sound weird but I thought I had covered enough material but other things have been going on (outside my cert life!) which meant I wasn’t in the right frame of mind.

To be honest I wanted to ‘have a go’ at the exam anyway, with all the posts I have read about the exam being a tough one I just wanted to see for myself.

And to be honest, everything I have read has been true! :biggrin

Oh well, at least you got a score. I remember when I failed 70-216, no score just you have failed this exam :( Not a good feeling. I presume you got the printout which shows what your weak areas are?

Anyway, you are not the first to fail this one and you certainly won't be the last. Nobody said they were all going to be easy. Some M$ exams are hard and from what I have read this is a hard nut to crack.

Get back on your horse and do it again soon. This time make sure you put sufficient effort into prepping for it!

I know that feeling well! :dry

Spark, to fail any exam is always shattering but look at the positives, you scored 610 when you admittedly weren't fully prepared for it, so next time you will be prepared and you will know what to expect.

Just keep plugging away at it mate, success will come in the end. 8)

    WSUS! big time! :biggrin

The 70-291 2nd edition press book is not enough. I have downloaded the deployment guide from the MS side and will study it inside out.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, hope next time works out ok! :biggrin

    Hi all

I'm saying nothing about being unprepared... I'm taking 70-290 on Monday and I'm bricking it! Never been good at exams or studying (:sleeping , and although I think  I'm prepared, the litle "end exam" heaven or hell button will decide!

Wish y'all luck for any morning torture session you may have with Miss MS :biggrin

Time for some :morebeer Have a good weekend!
