My Mondeo ST220 is still poorly though! Strange knocking sound from the engine - not good for a motor with 10k on the clock. Ford have said they'll fix it no matter what!

Didn't expect to be behind the counter and in the admin office! I let slip that I worked at the local authority, the MD asked what I did and then it was "can you have a look at..."

ha ha...it was a no brainer but they seemed happy that it was sorted though.

Yep - the MD has sorted me with a Ford Maverick for the duration too

I would find another dealership. Anyone who would punish you by making you drive a Maverick after you did them a favor is not to be trusted.... You would think they would show their appreciation with a one of the new Mustangs or even one of the new Fusions, but to give you a piece of junk like a Maverick? That's just plain evil....
