Can anyone recommend any software that can easily run reports for users logging on and off the domain?

We plan to pay staff overtime based on network time and event viewer is time consuming - it also doesn't help when people don't log off!

    Thanks

Windows itself keeps track of the time and date a user logs on and logs off. You could use WMI scripting to do this. If you find this to hard or does not have the time, the scripting guy does answer questions and wil provide the script if it is an interesting question.

Sticking with the Event logs theme you could try LogParser that comes with the IIS 6.0 Resource Kit.

I'm pretty sure you could do it with that and output it to a CSV file or something.

Depends how long you have to get your head around using it though!! :biggrin
